The Gisborne Veterinary Clinic was established in 1980 and has been proudly servicing the clients, and patients of the Macedon Ranges since. We are a true fusion of "old fashioned" service blended with cutting edge Veterinary medicine and surgical skills, the most modern technologies and sophisticated diagnostic equipment.

We are one of the few modern veterinary practices that still supply a 24 hour 7 day service to our patients and clientele.

We currently employ 9 veterinarians and 14 nurses and other administration staff. We have a mix of senior Veterinarians to recently graduated Veterinarians, with a vast range of expertise, knowledge and experience. All Veterinarians undertake ongoing training, attend conferences & seminars on a regular basis, to learn new skills & fine tune the old ones. The ever growing mass of knowledge changes so regularly that a constant commitment to education is required of all staff.

We have made strong investments in providing the most modern architecturally designed facilities. The small animal hospital at Gisborne with its "ultra" design encompasses the use of natural light, functional floor design, and stylish fit out, is a delight to visit.

Our reproductive & surgical facilities at our Riddells Creek equine practice service our large animal clientele with modern technological advances that keep our modern practice humming.

We have embraced the most modern ultrasound technologies, anaesthetic monitoring units, endoscopy and also chemotherapy to allow our patients to have the most up to date care that can be provided. We even have I pad technology to allow our on the road vets to keep up to date with client & patients histories.
