Skye is a passionate veterinary nurse with a strong background in veterinary science. Alongside her nursing work, she is completing her PhD at the University of Melbourne, where her research focuses on equine endocrinology and laminitis. 

Skye also works as a lecturer and educator, teaching veterinary nursing students and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine students. She is passionate about animal welfare, providing compassionate patient care and supporting the next generation of veterinary professionals.

Outside of work, Skye enjoys spending time with her husband, and her much-loved dogs, Pebbles, Floyd and Honey. She has a particular love for horses and ponies and enjoys spending time with animals whenever she can.
